You can now see links to my private posts in your RSS reader (assuming it supports HTTP authentication — this varies by feed reader).
The feed URL is: http://fortes.com/feed?http_auth=yes (alternatively: http://fortes.com/life/feed?http_auth=yes if you don’t want to see anything but the personal posts)
Your reader should prompt you for your user name and password. Use the same one you would use to log in.
Let me know if you have any issues.

After more search i found that the problem is that value public is the default to the posts … from the moment u change this value to 0,1,2 etc u cant see the category (asumed is only one post in Music category) or the archives total number is -1 from the real, or the calendar dont show the date that this post had published.. All these for user that has the privileges to see the post… Thank you..
sorry for bother you but i finally see that is bug of wordpress 2 and not ur code that make this malfunction…. :-)
I have this option turned off in my admin panel, I think, because otherwise my readers get a prompt about every 20 seconds. Without this option on, the RSS in internet explorer doesn’t show the protected entry but in firefox it does… whether they’re logged in or not.
Any way to fix my problems?
